Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only in cases where:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom and personalized jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • sizing issues,

  • change of mind,

  • personalization preferences, or

  • customer ordering mistakes.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, and sizing information before completing their purchase.

Sizing Information

We provide sizing details on product pages to help customers choose the appropriate fit. Please review sizing carefully before ordering, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately.

Refunds
