Shipment Processing Time
Our jewelry orders are shipped the same day if placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM are shipped the following business day.
Personalized jewelry items require a processing time of approximately 7 to 10 business days before shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All standard orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail at no additional cost. If your order is time-sensitive, you may choose a paid priority shipping option during checkout.
Estimated transit time via USPS is approximately 3 to 6 business days.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier or postal service issues.
If your package appears delayed, we kindly ask that you wait 1 to 2 additional days before contacting us.
