1).What type of shipping methods do you offer?
Right now, we offer standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days.
Some orders (depending on order contents or your region) may be eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days.
If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

2).How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S Orders with standard shipping via USPS first class or $9.95 for expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping
is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

4)When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed , we start the product process . Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order.The total shipping time is between 7-14 days .
The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day.

A custom-made personalized order typically takes 7-10 business days to ship. The shipping estimate for each product is provided in real-time on the product page.
You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.


If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.


Personalized: Made just for you! We start working on your order right away and it typically takes up 8-10 business days to ship. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

Where can I find my tracking number?
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to
you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
